Every WatchCollab strap ships with spring bars and a fitting tool, and the process is the same on the Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch, the Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms and the Audemars Piguet x Swatch Royal Pop. Rest the watch dial-down on a soft cloth, compress the spring bars with the tool to release the old strap, insert the spring bars into the new strap, seat them in the case lugs on both sides, then pull gently to check there is no play.

What are WatchCollab's shipping and return options?

Orders are prepared within 24 hours and shipped worldwide. Express delivery (DHL) takes 1 to 2 business days (€5.99) and Standard delivery (La Poste) takes 3 to 5 business days (€3.99). Standard shipping is free on every order of 2 straps or more, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. Lost parcels are reshipped or fully refunded, damaged items are replaced after emailing a photo to hello@watchcollab.com, and non-sale items can be refunded within 14 days of the order date.

What size are the Swatch x Blancpain and Swatch x Omega straps?

Each strap is made to the exact specs of the original model with an adjustable length to fit all wrists. Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch: 20 mm strap width, 18 mm buckle, 12 cm + 9 cm length, fits 13–25 cm wrists. Blancpain x Swatch Fifty Fathoms: 22 mm strap width, 20 mm buckle, 12 cm + 9 cm length, fits 13–25 cm wrists. Audemars Piguet x Swatch Royal Pop: adjustable strap that fits all wrists, supplied with the case that converts the pocket watch to the wrist. 2. Company information. watchcollab.com is operated by Siteka - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 44135). 3. Products and orders. Our products are presented with the greatest care and subject to available stock. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible but non-contractual. Every order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items. If in doubt, please contact us before purchase.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, thanks to automatic multi-currency conversion; the store's base currency is EUR, and applicable taxes are included where required. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with 3D Secure/SCA authentication. A transaction is final once confirmed, except where the right of withdrawal applies. If any issue arises with a payment, we kindly ask you to contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

5. Delivery. We ship worldwide. Express orders are sent with DHL (typically 1–2 business days) and standard orders with La Poste (typically 3–5 business days). Delivery times are indicative and may vary, and watchcollab.com cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. Every order is shipped with tracking. If you have not received your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few days of the expected delivery date — and we will investigate and, where needed, reship your order or issue a refund.

6. Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the last item of your order to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. You may handle and try the items as you would in a shop, and you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. No item is excluded from the right of withdrawal on the ground that it was discounted or bought in a sale; only items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded. We refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs at the rate of our cheapest standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your statement. 7. Legal guarantee. Independently of the right of withdrawal, all our items come with the legal guarantee of conformity, free of charge, for at least 2 years from delivery, entitling you to repair or replacement. Longer periods apply in some countries — 3 years in Sweden and Portugal, and a period based on the product's expected lifespan in the Netherlands and Finland. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. watchcollab.com cannot be held responsible for misuse of the items.

8. Data protection. We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

9. Intellectual property. All site content (text, images, logos) is the property of watchcollab.com and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, if you are habitually resident in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply in full. You may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution first — please contact us so we can help resolve the matter.

11. Amendments. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes apply as soon as they are published on the site, and never retroactively to orders already placed.

12. Payment disputes. If a problem arises with your order or payment, please contact us first at hello@watchcollab.com so we can put it right — for example with a refund, exchange or reshipment. We simply ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve any issue before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, so we can find the fastest solution for you. This does not affect your right to use any dispute mechanism offered by your bank or payment provider.
