Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options wherever you live. Every day we deliver to customers around the world, which lets us keep the highest level of responsiveness at all times.
Order delivery time is split into two parts:
- Processing time: order verification, quality control and packing. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
- Shipping time: the time it takes for items to travel from us to your door. Express orders ship with DHL, standard orders with La Poste.
Right of withdrawal and returns
1. Your right of withdrawal — 14 days. You have 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the last item of your order to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us an unambiguous statement at hello@watchcollab.com. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 8, but you are not required to. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium without undue delay.
2. Sending the items back — a further 14 days. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. You bear the direct cost of returning them, unless the item is faulty or not as described, or unless the error is ours.
3. Condition of the items. You may handle and try the items as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. No item is excluded from the right of withdrawal on the ground that it was discounted or bought in a sale.
4. Refund. We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs at the rate of our cheapest standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after we receive your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is the earlier. Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the order, at no cost to you.
5. Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity. Independently of the right of withdrawal, all our items come with the legal guarantee of conformity, free of charge, for at least 2 years from delivery, entitling you to repair or replacement. Longer periods apply in some countries — 3 years in Sweden and Portugal, and a period based on the product's expected lifespan in the Netherlands and Finland.
7. Cancelling before dispatch. You can cancel your order at no cost for as long as it has not been dispatched. Simply write to hello@watchcollab.com.
8. Model withdrawal form.

9. Faulty or incorrect items. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us at hello@watchcollab.com with photos where possible. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, and we cover the return shipping.
