Shipping Policy

At WatchCollab, we keep delivery fast and flexible.

Delivery options

• Express: 24 to 72 working hours.
• Standard: 3 to 5 working days.

Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong model or size, we will reship the correct strap free of charge, at no additional cost to you.
