Will your straps fit my watch?
Our straps are made to the exact specifications of the Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch and the Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms. MoonSwatch straps are 20 mm wide (18 mm buckle); Fifty Fathoms straps are 22 mm wide (20 mm buckle). Length is adjustable to fit wrists from 13 to 25 cm.
How do I change the strap?
Every strap ships with spring bars and a fitting tool. Rest the watch dial-down on a soft cloth, slide the tool between the lug and the band to release the spring bar, fit the new strap into the case lugs on both sides, then give it a gentle pull to check it is secure.
What materials do you offer?
Rubber and silicone (water- and scratch-resistant), leather (refined and comfortable), nylon/NATO and canvas (relaxed and durable), and stainless steel (premium finish).
How long does delivery take?
Express delivery in 24 to 72 working hours, or standard delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed before 12 pm ship the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return a strap in its original condition for a refund. If we sent the wrong model or size, we reship the correct one free of charge.
How do I care for my strap?
Clean with a soft cloth and warm water, then dry thoroughly — especially nylon and leather. For extra protection, add one of our case protectors.
