Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your WatchCollab strap. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The strap must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@watchcollab.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned strap, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days of approval.

Wrong or faulty items

If your strap arrived incorrect or defective, we will replace it free of charge — just get in touch and we will take care of it.
